In the remaining months, the hotel is rented entirely for a minimum of 2 nights, price upon request. The reservation requires a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount, which will be refunded if canceled 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Due to legal requirements for pet accommodation, pets are not allowed.
Babies: 0-2 years old stay for free. Children: 3 to 9+ years old - extra bed available for €20 per night. Adults: 10 years old and above - extra bed available for €40 per night.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The reservation fee will be 30% of the total amount, paid by the customer through bank transfer (email reservations) or by credit card provided by the customer at the time of booking, up to 7 days before the arrival date.
In the case of individual room reservations, there is the possibility of cancellation and refund of the amount, up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
In the case of whole hotel reservations, a 30% payment will be made at the time of booking, and the cancellation policy does not apply in case of cancellation.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
The total payment of the stay will be made at check-in, by credit card or cash payment.
In the event that the hotel is unable to collect the stay amount during the week preceding arrival, by credit card or bank transfer accompanied by the respective proof sent to the email gestao@chaodesaofrancisco.pt, the hotel may cancel the reservation.
The hotel may always require the credit card at check-in. The credit card may be used by the hotel to charge for accommodation/reservation, services provided or planned, extra expenses during the stay at the hotel, cancellation penalties, or damages incurred during the stay.
Check-in hours: 2 PM to 8 PM; for other times, please contact reception.
Check-out time: 11:30 AM.
The hotel may establish other reservation and cancellation conditions for special programs or group reservations.
Reservation changes: Any change in the reservation regarding the number of people may result in a change in the type of reserved accommodation and the payment of the associated supplement, subject to hotel availability. Any change in the reservation due to the inadequacy 1of the chosen accommodation type regarding the number of people will be subject to hotel availability and the payment of the supplement associated with the reservation change. Changes that involve reservation cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
Change of reservation dates: Any change in the reservation regarding the number of nights and check-in and check-out dates may result in a change in the type of reserved accommodation and the payment of the supplement associated with the reservation change, subject to hotel availability.
