TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The mission of "Quinta de São Francisco Houses" is the complete satisfaction of our guests throughout the entire duration of their stay.
However, as a business unit, we need to define the terms and conditions of our offer to provide clear information to our potential guests. Rest assured,
we will do everything possible to ensure your stay and experience are perfect. Feel free to contact us with your requests and inquiries, and we will tailor everything to meet your needs.

CONDITIONS

Quinta de São Francisco Houses is not a 24-hour business hotel; we do not have a reception open 24 hours. Check-in is done in the tea/coffee room from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After this time, it is possible to arrange a self-check-in. Please contact us in advance.
Families with young children and guests with reduced mobility should inform us at the time of booking so that we can better accommodate your needs. The same applies to guests with a lot of luggage!
Confirmation, Payments, and Cancellations

Reservations:
Direct reservations  have a 5% discount over the full price and must be paid at the same time as the booking, they may , however be transferred to another guest or date. They will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Types of Accommodation:
Orange Room: Deluxe Double Room for 2 people; (extra bed available upon request)
Lemon Room: Double Room for 2 people. (extra bed available upon request)
Pomegranate Room: Room for 2 people.
Lavender Room: Studio with mezzanine for 4 people. The base price will be adjusted based on occupancy.
Olive House: Two-bedroom house – suites – living room with sofa bed and kitchen for 4 people. This unit allows accommodation on a sofa bed (with additional costs). The Laranjeira and Limoeiro rooms allow an extra bed upon request. Additional cost of €20 per adult and €9 for breakfast.

Additional Beds
Children aged 3 to 10 in an additional bed: €10/night.
Guests over 12 in an additional bed: €20/night. These rates are in addition
to the cost of breakfast (€9).

Payment and Check-in
Check-in and registration details such as name, address, and taxpayer identification number (NIF) can be sent in advance by filling out the document sent a few days before your arrival. Payment for your entire stay must be made in cash, by Multibanco, or Visa/MasterCard during check-in.
The invoice will be sent by email. Check-in is from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM. You can arrive earlier; although we cannot guarantee access to your accommodation before 2:00 PM, you can spend a few hours in our lounge or explore the gardens. For arrivals after 8:30 PM please contact us in advance.

Check-out
We kindly ask guests to return the room key by 11:30 AM. However, if it does not interfere with the arrival of a new guest, a "late check-out" option is available.

Luggage
We provide a secure place where guests can leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Parking
Parking at Quinta de São Francisco Houses is free. Each house has an adjacent parking space. Please drive very slowly on the property; there might be children around.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included and served in the tea/coffee room of the house or in the courtyard if the weather permits. Our simple and natural buffet breakfast is made with organic products from the estate and local producers. The fruits and jams are from the estate, and our cakes and cookies are made daily.

Cleaning Service
All houses and rooms are cleaned daily, from Monday to Saturday. For longer stays (over 3 nights), bed linen and towels will be changed.

Bed Linen and Towels
Please let us know if you need additional washed towels or bed linens. All our bed linens and towels are 100% cotton, and the pillows are hypoallergenic, without any animal products. We ask our guests to use the designated "makeup remover" towel to avoid staining the white towels with makeup.

Pets
As a rule, pets are not allowed due to lack of suitable conditions. However, if you have a small and well-behaved pet, we may accept it. If this applies to you, please send an email to  gestao@chaodesaofrancisco.pt.com with the following information: species and breed, gender, age, and weight. In case of acceptance, we require a €100 cash deposit at check-in.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations. It is permitted in outdoor common areas, but if you smoke in these areas, please be considerate of other guests and use the designated tables with ashtrays.
